About Us

Our Mission: Second Shot aims to build an aesthetic and environmentally friendly circular model by repurposing local cafe waste such as coffee grounds into meaningful products and designs.

Second Shot makes a diverse range of products from wastes including coffee grounds, tea leaves (bags), and left-over food. By doing so, the organization helps environment sustainability as well as the local community by reducing landfill waste and promoting green awareness.

About the President

Hello! My name is Ethan Kim, and I am the Founder and President of Second Shot. I am a student from Seoul Foreign School, South Korea, aspiring to build a sustainable community driven by creativity and ambition. I launched Second Shot to transform everyday waste from local cafes into aesthetic and eco-conscious solutions and products to advocate the value of circular living. I am an ambitious high school student and entrepreneur that loves helping the environment and preserving our nature.
